On Sunday we decided to come to the railway again on Tuesday whilst the ELR is closed to our customers to change the fluorescent tubes on Bury Bolton Street Station over-bridge to LED tubes.We had a new helper or should i say hindrance in Lottie the boxer dog, i was joined by Jonathan and John, we partook of our usual brew before starting work.
We managed to change eight units before lunch and then completed the other eight units after lunch, it was a glorious day and a pleasure to eat our lunch el fresco, finished off with the chocolate swiss roll which we had left over from Sunday. Happy days.
