Just John and myself out today Sunday, helping out on the Thomas train at Bury Bolton Street Station, from 09:30 till 16:00 hours with the P/W and Hit Squad volunteers.Plenty happy customers both young and old enjoying the day out with Thomas, i have never seen as many mobile phone camera's in use since Adam was a lad.
The weather wasn't too bad, no downpours just a few drops of rain, but at least it was warm.
We enjoyed a few brews in the station staff room washed down at the start of the day with a pie each from the station buffet, very nice they were to.
We will be back next Sunday doing more electrical work.
