We had our usual brew and breakfast barm, before retrieving the five lamp heads we had painted last week, our tool bag and ladders.
Peter and David joined Barry to investigate the access to the electrical cabinet providing the power to the stairwell lights in Bury Transport Museum.
The rest of us caught the 10:00 train to Ramsbottom Station where we unloaded all the gear and proceeded to erect, wire up then test all the station platform lights.
Three more platform lamp heads were disconnected which require refurbishing and brought them back with us on the train to our workshop in Bury, it was then time for some lunch.
After lunch the three lamp heads were stripped and sanded down ready to be painted next Sunday.
