Four electrical volunteers in again on Sunday, Clive, Jonathan, John and myself, Len was away again playing a gig with the George Formby appreciation band.

Jonathan and myself did the fire alarm call point checks in the Trackside and Bury Bolton Street Station concourse, all worked satisfactorily and we logged the results.

John and myself went to the carriage and wagon workshop to drop off four more newly refurbished carriage plug leads.

After a brew we collected our tools and test gear and made our way to Bury transport Museum to carry on with the task of finishing off the rewiring of the information lighting units.
Four new leads had to be made as we found that a couple of the plugs and sockets had been damaged, Simon had obtained new 3A fuses for the plug tops and new led 5w GU bulbs were fitted also.

After some lunch back in our workshop we went back to the museum to make a start PAT testing the rewired information lighting units, we managed to test successfully eight units before calling it a day.
The remainder of the units will be PAT tested next week.
