 Saturdays weather forecast was wet and windy, too true it was not ideal weather for our customers, on the bright side Irwell Vale and Rawtenstall Stations and cafe were open again after being closed last weekend.

The footfall in Bury Bolton Street Station for the first train of the day was poor and so it was for the rest of the day.
Our engine for the day was the Bury Standard 4 Group 80097 looking resplendent having many hours of cleaning by the group volunteers. :D

The diesel train was hauled by the Class 50 and seemed to have a few more customers enjoying the ride up to Heywood Station and Ramsbottom Station. :)

On arriving at Rawtenstall Station i checked the raised flower beds after last weekends visit from the local vandals, everything appeared to be in order, with no further damage.

All the trains ran on time and after the final train of the day all the carriages were sanitised before we all left for home.
Deep in the heart of Swinetown.
