That's because it is a Screwfix product code. For CPC try D00391 or D02236.marflow wrote:Can you please requote that cpc number. 96872 matches no products and cpc usually have two letters at the beginning e.g. TL96872 (which doesn't work either!!)

The ETH supply is 1000 volts (ish). Designed to give lots of watts at a lower amperage for heating down a long rake. (It's the amps that cause losses in cables).
