A full team today, John, Len, Clive, Jonathan and myself, Jonathan and Len did their usual tests on the fire alarm call points in The Trackside and Bury Bolton Street concourse, everything worked fine and the findings were recorded.Simon the full time electrician was in and asked us to check out a light in BBS tunnel, on investigation an edison screw energy saver light was burnt out, this was replaced and the lights tested OK.
A report was taken that another light was out in the mess room at BBS this was also changed for a new lamp.
After a brew it was decided to carry on from where we had left off last week in installing the covers on the electrical trunking on platform three/four at BBS.
Lunch was then taken in the workshop and afterwards we finished off installing the trunking covers, that task is now complete.
