Upload it to a server (nuELR gallery or one one the photo sites) first then either post a link to it or use the [img]link%20address[/img] if you want the pic included in your post.

i press the img button. paste the link to the picture then press the img button again... but all it does is paste the link not the picture.. any ideas?
