70013 has been taken out of service with a firebox problem.

I've heard suggestions that a of Riley Black 5 will be taking over its workings. Any truth in that ?

According to uksteam.info 4871 is replacing 70013 from Paddington to Yeovil/Weymouth next saturday, and 5407 is on the Jacobite this week, replacing 62005.
Good job Ian Riley has two superbly looked after engines which seem to be helping out all around the country recently.

Shame that 70013 has problems as it was a good performer at the Lancs earlier this year and certainly reliable for the 1000+ miles on GBIII

Good to see Mr Riley's fives continuing their good work - both cracking locos fantastically overhauled 8)

its replaced Tangmere a few times and done a lot more of GBIII than it was due to

I was planning to see tangmere on the bank holiday monday, then 70013 was due to replace it, now maybe another loco.

even the railway touring company is confused ... fromt heir site
We depart London Victoria Station at around 08:30 hauled by Bullied unrebuilt Pacific 70013
