The ELRPS Display Stand will also be there. This is due to my involvement in bringing the Museum on board with the ELR in general.
I have had meetings with them and at one of them I mentioned that we have a Hymek which was built entirely at Gorton, so its no wonder they wanted it, in fact my hand still hurts were they tried to snap it off.

I also put them in touch with the Bury Transport Museum people so don't be surprised if you see things at this event that will appear in the new look museum in October.

This is the reason you will have noticed an advert in the current issue of the ELR News for this event.

We could do with some help in manning the stand, as I see this a golden opportunity to get the Family and the kids to the ELR BEFORE the end of the school holidays.

YES, this event is right in the middle of those holidays and we have hopefully got a huge and captive audience right in the city centre.

I await your replies with hope

Shredder, Mark Mc, 40445 & Dave Extra.

Thank you for your very kind offers which I will be glad to accept.

As this is not until August, there is time to get things sorted out.
I am up to my eyes at this moment with the HRA Visit this Sunday, so could I ask that you each send me a Private Message with your phone numbers on it so that I can get in touch when the the final details are ready.

Also can anybody inform me as to who on this forum is SLUG6.
I need to contact him also.

Thank you once again for your kind offers.
