Today in extremely hot conditions I was joined by John, Jonathan, Colin, Sophie and Clive, we had a swift brew before gathering all our gear and four lamp heads which had been refurbished and caught the first train to Summerseat Station. 
We took with us a bow saw to cut down a few overhanging branches, where the lamp heads are positioned, all four lamp heads were changed along with another four which we took down for transportation back to our workshop in Bury.
Lunch was taken on our return and then we set to striping cleaning and sanding down the lamp heads ready for painting which we managed to complete, and put out to dry in the very hot weather ready for installing at Summerseat Station next Sunday.
A final brew was had with some cakes provided by Sue Sue.
