The Electrical Volunteers Report Sunday 04-07-2019.

:D Just me in on Sunday working on the DOWT event manning one of the trucks on the Thomas train, with the Fat Controller for company.

The weather turned out to be OK with just a few plashes of rain, nothing to worry us or get the customers wet. :D

We had enough helpers for the Thomas train so everyone managed to get a break around the lunch period. :)

All our customers appeared to be enjoying the day, lets hope the ELR made a few bob. 8)

I have ordered ten five foot LED tubes for The Bury Standard 4 Group shed as we refurbish the lights with energy saving LED tubes, on the railway we all need to save energy, switch that leet off!

It was reported to me that the south facing drum clock on BBS platform two was twenty two minutes fast, the north facing clock was showing the correct time, the south facing clock must be on steroids.
I have spoken to Clive the master clock man and we will investigate next Sunday. :x

We shall all be back next Sunday for more enlightening thoughts.
Deep in the heart of Swinetown.
