Just the three of us in today, Len, John and myself, Len had a bit of trouble in the shape of a sharp implement buried in one of his tyres. A quick trip dow to Quick-Fit to remedy the problem.
John and myself retrieved from storage two of the lamp heads from Rawtenstall Station to complete the re-painting.
With the weather being quite warm and a breeze blowing the two lamp heads were soon dry to the touch, they were then both re-assembled, screws all greased up ready for bench testing.
Lunch was then taken with a brew, we were going to take the train up to Rawtenstall Station to install two of the lamp heads on platform one, but we learned that they were short of a guard for the next train, so that idea was abandoned.
Some updating was then done on our computer with the various Led lighting which has taken place over the last year or so.
A clearcut of some of our old stock is on the cards next week.
John had brought in an ASDA special sponge cake which was delicious, a third of a sponge cake each as there was only three of us, MMMmmmmmmm, Nice.
Back next week for some more electrical shenanigans.
