Thanks for mentioning the backlight on platform 3 clock, station staff kept mentioning it to me and I was off station on Sunday so missed you again...... Happy 2016 to you all, a cake will follow when-I-can. I scoffed your Christmas one as I missed seeing you!

Ah good-o, the new PAT tester is now `in steam` then. See you next Sunday (29th) in the hope that the boiler I left has passed. Will remember my password c-a-k-e.

Funny that, I had been about the railway Sunday, returning to Bolton Street at 15:30 and walking down the stairs onto 3/4 a spotted a large mouse under the benches, it went all round the perimeter of the Tardis before going down a drainage hole. Then was told two foxes had made an appearance earlier...

Talking of adjusting clocks, has anyone noticed that the Bolton facing clock on the Bolton Street clock tower is running slow.
